We are not a free clinic. We provide healthcare services for a fee. However, because we are a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are able to offer reduced rates to people without insurance as long as they qualify based on income. Everyone is welcome as a patient. Dental Clinic Service Hours MondayThursday: 9 am 5 pm Friday: 9 am 4 pm In addition to regular dental checkups, which should occur every 6 months, Heart City Health offers a full range of dental services.     Bridges     Dentures     Childrens dentistry     Cleaning/dental hygiene     Crowns     Emergency Walk-in appointments     Examinations     Extractions     Fillings     Partials     Patient education     Radiographs/X-Rays     Referrals     Root Canals     Treatment planning PRESUMPTIVE ELIGIBILITY   Presumptive Eligibility (PE) will be offered to all uninsured patients who may qualify for insurance coverage.    One of Heart City Health Center's PFS or Managed Care representatives will assist you in completing the application during your visit.    PE will provide you with "instant" insurance coverage.  This may allow you to be seen at Heart City Health at no out-of-pocket cost for your visit and affords you the benefits of insurance coverage.  Including; -  Specialty care -  Hospital care -  Emergency care -  Access to prescription medication During PE, you will need to complete the full insurance application process and submit your application to the State of Indiana for approval.  Assistance in the application process can be provided by one of the certified navigators at Heart City Health Center.  You will need to make an appointment.     -  If the application process is completed and it is determined that you qualify for Medicaid, you can continue to receive the previously mentioned benefits.     -  If you do not move forward with the application process during the PE period, you will NOT be eligible for Presumptive Eligibility for another 6 months.
