Crescent Dental Clinic is available for patients 18 years of age and older.

All services are provided by volunteer dentists, assistants and hygienists. 

At the Crescent Community Clinic, an average of 100 dental patients are seen each month for infection control, extractions and cleanings. 

You must meet the federal poverty guidelines to be eligible for services at the Crescent Community Clinic.

The Clinic does not prescribe any narcotics.

Once the completed application is received you will be scheduled for an appointment to finalize the application process and at that time you will be given an appointment to see a physician or dentist.

    I am in need of extractions and not employed because I have to take care of my wife who is on disability. I am willing to pay but unable to afford 150 a tooth. I've been trying to get in touch with anyone who can help. Thank you
