We have clinics in Longview, Tyler, Paris, Texarkana, and Jacksonville. Additionally, we have our INTUNE Mobile Unit to serve rural areas. SHR now provides health care to families in all 23 East Texas counties. SHR is a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Clinic), offering patients a full-range of services, including both adult and pediatric primary care, adult and pediatric dental care, women’s health services, immunizations and vaccinations, HIV/AIDS screening and treatment, mental health care, and substance abuse services.

    I need help desperately. I chipped a tooth Christmas eve, had it pulled at Aspen Dental...i jave been getting one tooth pulled at a time. I am disabled on a very limited invome. $1,144.000 a month. Social security disability and i have Medicare only. I have a weakened immune system due to my Rheumatoid arthritis. Auto immune disease. I have had this hard mass in my lower left jaw ever since January...i have been to the ER 8 times...they believe it is an abscess? It freaking hurts, i am at the end of my rope. I have no other options...Aspen dental said there is nothing more they can do?? Please call me back, i desperatly need help.
