I went in this clinic yesterday. Upon arrival, I was stared at by an associate in the corner on her phone n she said nothing. I waited for a short young female n she kinda helped. She told me to register on computer between ( the one on her phone hiding) n the young girl. Registration was quite lengthy. All employees stared at me. No offer to help but I had the audience of workers. As I approach the end of registration, the young girl offers help. I believe there was 3 employees watch me struggle. I finish n take a seat. I witnessed phone girl n small girl ( who needs additional training) assist and register others pressing buttons fast n eager to help. I guess u get what u pay for. Low income, low performance of all staff.
