Hours: First Wednesday of each month (doors open at 4:30 PM - first 80 patients), and the third Saturday of each month (doors open at 8:30 AM - first 110 patients). Patients are seen on first come, first serve basis. Dental: Dental appointments can only be made with a referral from one of their doctors. If you want to make an appointment at a dental clinic, you must first come to the Tree of Life medical clinic and see one of their doctors (see hours/days above). Currently, they only accept patients who do not have Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance or the ability to pay for health services. Their dental clinic serves only their medical patients.
