We offer a variety of services for the whole family, including cleanings, exams and x-rays. If you require additional dental work, our staff will work with you to ensure that services are covered by insurance or help to create a payment plan to fit your budget.

We accept Medicaid, most Medicaid HMOs, and some private insurance. We offer a sliding fee discount program (based on income) for patients without insurance or who have limited insurance. We can assist with Medicaid applications for those who appear to be eligible. Payment plans are available for dentures and partial dentures.

If you are uninsured and have a low income, you may qualify for a sliding fee discount for your medical or dental services. This program is made available by Summit County Public Health to provide medical and dental care for people who

otherwise may be unable to afford it.

The discount applies only to office visits provided by our clinic staff; lab services billed by our clinic may be reduced but will not be charged at less that our cost.

Adult vaccines are excluded from the sliding fee discount program

After 10 years with no dental care I was fortunate to find this Dental clinic. The dental assistants and the Dentist were excellent . She filled several cavities and a deep cleaning . I was very nervous and sort of embarrassed . They all made me very comfortable . Her dental work was painless and she kept me well informed during the procedures .
