Had an appointment scheduled for September 2 and the office called to cancel and move date to the 9th at the same time then they called again to change it to 1:30. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to have them tell me I dont have an appointment because the provider cancelled it "again". They said they called yesterday and left a mess and I did not get a phone call or a message yesterday. I left a message for Kim, the Office Manager of that clinic with no return call.
