This is not a FREE dental clinic. It is a Reduced Cost Dental Care for Low Income Adults.
The program provides general dental care, including preventive,
restorative, and emergency dental services to adults ages 19 years and
older. Patients in need of specialty dental care receive information
about alternative resources for follow up care.
Pregnant women must be enrolled in the Maternity Partnership program before seeking dental treatment.
Children must be enrolled in the Care for Kids program before seeking dental treatment.

Family income no greater than 250% of federal poverty guidelines
Uninsured or have no dental insurance
