I was in the waiting room about to have a coughing fit. I went to my car which was parked right in front of the doors to blow my nose and get a drink of water, as you're not allowed to bring water in and I was trying to be courteous by keeping my germs outside. As I'm standing by my car with car door open, I didn't get IN my car, blowing my nose and coughing and getting a drink of water, the receptionist chases me outside and tells me I "cannot leave the building"! I explained I was getting a drink as I'm not allowed to bring my water in(security tells everyone that brings a drink in, that is forbidden). As if I was a criminal! I also can't believe they require a birth certificate to be seen. My kids have been patients here about 12 years! But I need to bring their birthbeen patients here about 12 years! But I need to bring their birth certificates to prove we are not committing insurance fraud!?
