This dental clinic exists on paper only. The Bloomington Health Net clinic offers its services only to homeless alcoholics and addicts who seemingly don't want to be saved from themselves. Should you be a low income individual trying to exist, you shouldn't count on this clinic providing any service to you. Statistically, you don't look as good on paper.
My teeth are in extremely bad shape. They are breaking off. This is effecting my health. I'm 60 years old living with a friend because I have very little income at this time. I desperately need help. I don't live in Monroe County. Please I'm begging for some help.
Unfortunately, Volunteers in Medicine will NOT provide free dental care if you have any form of health insurance, and that's even if you DO NOT have dental insurance. Not much help for those of us who have medical insurance (Medicare/Medicaid in my case) but who do not have dental.
