Primary Health Care Center offers dental services for those that are low income without insurance or who are under insured through the use of a sliding fee discount schedule. The discounts are based on household income and family size. Discount fee copays are expected at time of service. The clinic is located on North Main Street near Scenic Drive. Dental services are provided Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.  Please contact the Center directly to obtain more information or to schedule an appointment.
