This is a community clinic for people in Los Angeles County, including uninsured and underinsured individuals. Services include general medicine and dentistry for the entire family, geriatrics, women's health, family planning and pediatrics. There are no geographic restrictions.

Public/Private Partnership (PPP) provides outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.

The fee for a children's physical is free with CHDP. The fee for TB vaccinations is $10.50; there are no fees for other immunizations. There is no fee for pregnancy testing. Women must have or be eligible for Medi-Cal for the perinatal program. Other services are set on a sliding scale that starts at $30; however, no one is turned away for inability to pay.

    I would like to know if I qualify for free dental care. I have medical but don\\\'t know if it covers dental care. I am a student and am getting 1,000/month but will be unemployed after May.
