I need two teeth bonds, do you do that ?

  • Posted by on Aug 5, 2020

I was on your waiting list like a year and a half ago, but I was a over the road truck driver then and I couldn't never get home on time so I can make my appointments. I work locally now so getting there on time wouldn't be a problem. I'm literally begging please give me another chance, because I really need dental work. Thank you.

For me personally this was an extremely pleasant and satified experience that spanned an approximate 8 month period. I had multiple work done. I have nothing but KUDOS for my dental student, the Professor Dentists and the entire facility. I continued returning on 3-6 mos. intervals for cleanings, faithfully, until COVID 19 set in this year. I am so disappointed in this inability to follow up.

I’m a regular patient there for 3 years. I’m “disabled” & “low income” I was originally quoted @ around 1,800 for ALL my dental work in my first consultation, but 3 years in(& with almost $5,000 invested& that’s every penny to me) I’m now left with a brand new student (definitely not even close to a dentist yet) & even though I’ve been a “ideal patient” for 3 years& pay for all my dental work in full before treatment every time for 3 years& have invested thousands & one hour each way sometimes every week for 3 years to understand the level of commitment (My 1st “student dentist”) graduated in the middle of a implant procedure (that the program & many doctors cumulatively agreed& decided on) The first dentist was really great btw- very kind& decicated to patient care. It was decided that I had a pretty healthy tooth(& main molar) pulled out& get replaced with a implant. (I have no tooth now for months) & now because my dentist graduated I’m back to Square One, but worse-with no tooth or implant.because my dentist graduated & I “fell through the cracks of this program” Its not good for my personal wellness& is in fact “negligent” @ this point. I got a assigned a “new student dentist” recently& he was so rude/unprofessional & overconfident (I’ve been there 3 years& my first student dentist was a “learning experience” as sometimes he made “mistakes”. & I had to go back 2-3 times to correct these, but what he didn’t have in ability yet,he made up for in patient care& personality/kindness. I Uber a hour each way every time + weekly appointments& now this dental implant & thousands of dollars later, I’m back to square one. I was placed with a new dentist & “Really Rude Kid”(in early 20’s) who is telling me to “Relax”&”putting his hands on me to try& force my head into the chair” 5 minutes into the appointment,(COMPLETE STRANGER& after 3 years& thousands of dollars I don’t have to spare) He’s so “Green”& “Medically ignorant” acts like I’ve never been there b4& “invents” a “myriad of health problems” including something with “Thyroid” that doesn’t apply to my health in any way. He brings in a “So Called MD” for screening who ignores me as a human being & sides with this clearly ignorant student (who knew a supervisor in charge of screening would be SO UNPROFESSIONAL & worse- Medically incompetent& in charge of my health decision when he can’t correctly interpret my medical history) He then publicly corners me in the back of the clinic & shames me like I’m a “Charity Case”& 5th class citizen& uses unnecessary ABUSIVE LANGUAGE & sides with this “stranger kid student” who is clearly incompetent& socially inept/ rude overconfident student. I’m in SHOCK/TERRIFIED for my CARE& INVESTMENT& I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING/REALLY SCARY said I was uncooperative & belittled& condescended& publicly shamed me& forcing me to get a whole host of medically unnecessary blood work & tests& medical consent from my doctor & a “Thyroid test” (I have no thyroid problems,) but he doesn’t have the competence as a doctor to interpret my medical history. when I finally say “I’m Very Uncomfortable with this situation & I’ve been coming here for years” & asked for outside HELP” He said “SHUT YOUR MOUTH”& berated me like a dog& made me feel less than haman. I went for HELP because I wanted anyone to witness this terrible abusive behavior& He says the the person I got for help “LOOK AT HER FACE”(I’m sure my face looked shocked& about to run out the door crying) like I wasn’t even there or worse/more degrading- like I’m mentally handicapped. This doctor in charge of medical screenings publicly shamed me& itreated me with no respect or regard for my overall wellness. Says “Lucky to be in the program (4,000 later) & I’m a “Charity Case” (after 3 years& thousands of dollars& much time& expense& hours of travel) then threw me out of the clinic without the fluoride toothpaste that dozens of other doctors over the past 3 years deemed “medically necessary” to maintain my thousands of dollars in investment in dental care I received in this clinic. I had my teeth cleaned about 8 weeks ago with my old dentist b4 he “graduated” w/o any problems(great experience as usual with him) nothing has changed medically in that time (except this new student & DOCTOR) who was very rude to me& also my mother who he called by mistake & would not identify himself-my mom thought it was an emergency with me& wouldn’t give him my personal # because she felt there was something WRONG/RUDE (with the student) THIS IS A TRAGEDY/NIGHTMARE & after building 3 years of “good repor” with the program. i was instructed by the team leader to make an appointment with the “program director” so I politely asked& waited for his assistant to come back. I spoke to “his assistant “ explained what just happened. She said she would assign me to a new student, but still insisted (condoned/supported) the DOCTOR WHO JUST VERBALLY ABUSED/SHAMED me& did not file a complaint on my behalf or abigue me to set up an appointment with “the man in charge” SO WRONG! I’ve been a loyal patient of this program for years& never had any negative interactions with any of the multitude of students& instructors alike. someone needs to speak up to PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THIS PROGRAM-THERE MUST BE SOME QUALITY CONTROL & CORRECT ACTION taken against this doctor in charge. I will refuse to see him again& seek legal help before I ever let someone like that near me or my case or health or life. I used to refer this program to everyone, but now I feel like a just “got really lucky with a kind/competent student dentist& I’m not sure if I’d recommend this program again. The “directors assistant says I will get a new student dentist, but stood by this ABUSIVE/INCOMPETENT DOCTOR & his tests(which my insurance won’t cover because they are not medically necessary) He wasn’t professional. He decided to make an “EXAMPLE OF ME”& “Publicly shame me” because I had “questions” & told him he’s incorrect (which he is) BUYER BEWARE- ESPECIALLY LOW INCOME OR YOU MAY END UP PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE THAN THE QUOTE& in the hands of a VERY BAD DOCTOR (second rate dental care for 2nd rate citizens) & SUBSTANDARD CARE. We will see I guess, but I will never look at this program the same agin after this TERRIFYING/ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I really wish someone would “Do the Right Thing” -AWARENESS....
