I am in need of having a mild o my mouth/teeth done but the clinic I go to, SeaMar, does not offer this service. Is this something that you provide in your dental clinic and if so, could you give me a Ball Park estimate of what the mold will cost? Also, if you do offer this service, will I need to have a complete new patient exam even if the only service needed is the casting of the mold? What will I need to do to make an appointment and what information will I need to bring with me/provide if I am seen by you? Thank you for the information!
