Neighborhood Health has board certified Dentists and Hygienists that treat adults and children.







Their services include cleanings, x-rays, fillings and extractions. 







They also provide referrals for those dental patients needing more specialized dental care.







Neighborhood Health is able to assist those with financial need through their sliding fee scale program.







Funding for this program is provided by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) which is part of the US Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS). 







Through the sliding fee scale they are able to offer a discount on medical, dental, behavioral health and/or pharmacy fees to qualified individuals and families.







Eligibility is based on family size and total family income.







To qualify for our sliding fee scale call 703-535-5568 to schedule an appointment with one of their eligibility specialists.







Prior to your appointment, please print out the application, complete and bring it to your eligibility appointment. 







In addition to the application, bring documentation of all household income(s) to assist their Eligibility Specialists in determining your eligibility for the sliding fee scale. 







Prior to scheduling appointments, new uninsured patients must meet with an eligibility specialist to determine their eligibility for the sliding fee scale.

If you are an existing sliding fee scale patient and your proof of income has expired or is about to expire, you must meet with an eligibility specialist prior to your appointment or your appointment may be cancelled.
