    Person who answers phone has a horrible attitude and don't belong answering the phone, she has no sympathy whatsoever, my son has a disability of anxiety severe and depression, his appt was canceled cause he didn't confirm it, I called and found out the time deadline was 30 mn ago. I asked to keep it cause I bring him and I know we are planning on coming but NOPE not happening. YOU ARE NOT ON HIS LIST OF AUTHORIZATION! No but I'm his mom helping him day to day with his issues! Thanks for your help, you have no idea what he goes through to get to a dentist appt!
