Sliding Fee Scale
The Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center seeks to make its services more affordable for uninsured, low-income patients. If you are uninsured and a low-income patient, you may qualify for reduced fees based on your income. This is called a sliding-fee scale.
You may apply for one of five discount levels, based on annual income and family size. The discount off of our standard charges will remain valid for one year after the date of application, unless you qualify for or secure insurance coverage in the interim.
We will notify you, in writing, if you qualify. Thereafter, you are expected to report any change in your income, family size or insurance status.
For more information regarding our sliding-fee program, please call (203) 503-3720.
