Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. provides a wide range of health services to best meet the health needs of the populations we serve. Comprised of an ethnically diverse staff, we provide the same services as a doctor’s office, including mental health services and dental services.

Fees We accept an assortment of payment options, including private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. Fees are based upon:

• The type of visit and type of services rendered
  
• The provision of lab or diagnostic testing
• Income and family size. (Proof of total family income, W-2 pay stubs must be provided at the time of service)
