    Kissimmee FL, 06/08/2020 Apreciados Directivos: Osceola Community Health Services Departament Dental Reciban mi cordial saludo asi como el deseo que sigan obteniendo exitosos logros en la actividad gerencial que eficientemente vienen desarrollando, la cual, en esencia representan impactos positivos para la salud, calidad de vida y por ende la elevación del índice vital “Esperanza de Vida al Nacer”, de los pacientes integrantes del ciclo de vida de la poblacion del Condado Osceola asistidos diariamente en esa entidad asistencial del Condado Osceola Hoy nuevamente fui asistió en el área dental de dicha entidad, por lo que me dirijo a ustedes con el objetivo de reiterarle un reconocimiento y felicitación al excelente equipo integrado por la Dra. Rosalba Henninger y su Asistente Idy López; pues una vez más he recibido de parte de ellas una óptima atención tanto en lo profesional como en lo humano producto de las nobles acciones que ambas me dispensaron con gran familiaridad. En este contexto también quisiera dejar constancia de mi gratitud a la Funcionaria Elaine de Jesús (PSR) por su gentil atención asi como por las pertinentes orientaciones que recibí de la misma en mi estadía en dicha clínica. También en este marco de reconocimiento deseo destacar las excelentes medidas higiénico, sanitarias y epidemiológicas que la Gerencia de dicha entidad asistencial ha tomando en pro de evitar al máximo cualquier posibilidad de contagio por Coronavirus. Ruego a la Dirección Administrativa de dicha entidad asistencial que este modesto reconocimiento y felicitación se los haga llegar a las miembros del equipo antes mencionado, pues independientemente del perfil laboral y los niveles óptimos de protección que ostentan en esta Fase Pandémica del Coronavirus, no es menos cierto que arriesgan sus propias vidas por atender con esmero y amor a los pacientes que diariamente asisten en busca de salud. Me dirijo a ustedes para hacerles llegar mi agradecimiento, admiración y reconocimiento al Equipo de los Profesionales de Odontologia, Asistentes y personal Administrativo que labora en dicha unidad, pues precisamente en tiempos de la actual y nefasta Epidemia de Coronavirus mantienen su noble y humana preocupación ante posibles emergencias que pudieran presentar alguno de los pacientes que somos atendidos en dicho centro. Precisamente ayer dia dos de abril tuve la agradable experiencia de recibir la amable llamada de una representante de dicha institución, en donde me informaba de esa disponibilidad para una emergencia odontológica. Ese noble y humano gesto es lo que precisamente caracteriza la Excelencia en la atención personalizada que dispensa normalmente dicho equipo de trabajo.     Appointment at 10:30. Two people came in after me and were taken back. Everyone in here were Hispanic and went back before me- I am Caucasian. At 11:19 I am still waiting as I write this. I truly feel discriminated against in this office. I have lived in this area for eight years and this is the first time this had happened. Very upset.

    I've been to this clinic.I had a cleaning. This clinic was completely free. The staff was friendly. I waited several hours I need a crown do u take unitedhealthcare dual complete from Medicaid and medicare? Im 37 years old and i need the crown bad
