Cross Trails Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO has been providing patients with affordable health care and dental services for over 14 years. We are a non-profit tax-exempt consumer directed organization designated as a federally qualified health center. Moreover, we offer treatment of routine illness and injury and monitoring and treatment of chronic health conditions with a focus on diabetic patients.

Cross Trails Medical Center (CTMC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Health Center (CHC). The first clinic established by CTMC was located in Marble Hill, Missouri (MO) and opened its doors in October 1995. In 1997, a site was established in Cape Girardeau, MO and in 1999 a third clinic was opened in Advance, MO. CTMC currently serves patients in Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Stoddard and surrounding counties in Southeast MO.

Cross Trails Medical Center provides comprehensive oral health services at all three of its clinical locations. Services are provided by licensed dentists and registered dental hygienists.
