Crider Health Center offers an array of services designed to treat the whole person. Crider Health Center offers adult primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental care and a pharmacy. We have services available for individuals with private insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. In addition, many of our services are offered to the uninsured on a sliding fee scale based on income.

Adults: Dental Healthcare is provided for adults through Crider’s dental clinic in Union. Emergency dental care is available. Most insurance plans are accepted and a sliding fee scale is available for those with no insurance. To schedule your dental appointment, please call.

Children: Dental Health Care is provided for children through Crider’s dental clinic in Union. Emergency dental care is available. Most insurance plans are accepted and a sliding fee scale is available for those with no insurance.
