Residents of Cuyahoga County who are age 3 or older, and uninsured or underinsured. Targets those who are homeless or living in public housing.
Hours M, T, TH : 8:30am-4:30pm; W: 8:30am-6:00pm; F: 8:30am-3:00pm.
Fees: Sliding scale (slides to zero, except for dentures or partials, which will always require a minimum fee); Third-party payment accepted: Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. Uninsured clients pay a fixed fee for the initial consultation.
